When I wash the car and the red color adds something interesting – really, many turn around. The salon is beyond praise (except for the yellowish tint of the seats, just beige would be enough). Curtains, as it turned out, are a very useful thing. The electric door (only left, right with a closer) is super. Plenty of legroom in the second row. Passengers in the second row are very pleased, handrails for convenience. On the third row he pulled black pillowcases and folded them. The advantages of the third row can be felt when compared with the Toyota Spasio, there is little room for the legs, and the second row is less comfortable, he rode 300 km himself – tiring, the floor is too high in relation to the seats. The cargo capacity of the Toyota Sienta is excellent. The salon transforms very well and therefore there are many loading options. Engine and gearbox: 110 hp not the ultimate dream, 1.8 liters would probably be better, but nothing more. The power is comfortable enough to move and overtake with a margin of traction to ensure safety at speeds up to 120 km / h with a load: 4 adults plus 2 children (10 and 5 years old), this is what has been tested. I’ll tell you about the operation: sitting in the Toyota Sienta in the front seats and in the second row is very convenient. Having set the seat height and steering wheel tilt once, I don’t touch these adjustments anymore. I rolled my seat all the way back, I just got used to it. If necessary, I can move slightly to the steering wheel. And such a need appears when transporting adults in the third row. Then you have to squeeze both the first seats and the second row. And all the same, at the same time, it’s a bit cramped for the passengers’ knees, but you can ride: in cramped quarters, but not offended. The trunk is large, but with interfering ledges of power elements. And all the small things from the trunk strive to fall under the second row of seats before the boxes are made. Management – everything is standard, everything is quite convenient. In addition to the foot “handbrake”. It’s no problem to use it as a parking brake, but I don’t risk slowing down a little while driving, as I did on other cars: it will latch, and to remove it, you need to press the pedal again. Engine: One word is enough. At a speed of 90-100 km / h, it allows you to sharply accelerate to overtake up to 130-140 km / h, especially if you switch to “S” mode 2-3 seconds before that. On the track, basically the Toyota Sienta engine keeps 2000 rpm (at 90-100 km / h). Pretty economical. The economy record was set on a trip from Barnaul to Novosibirsk (230 km) at a speed of around 80 km/h throughout the trip, with few overtakings. At the end of the trip, the computer showed 4.8 liters per 100 km. Either gasoline was filled somewhere special, or the wind
passing. Repeat until it fails. But with careful driving, 5.3-5.5 liters per hundred happens often. The suspension in the Toyota Sienta suits me. Soft, comfortable. Comfortable speed on the highway – 90-120 km / h. Accelerated and up to 180 km / h on the speedometer. The car remains controlled, there are no special strains. Further, it seems, some kind of cut-off is triggered, it does not accelerate more, as it rests against the wall.
